You have got to check out these Youtube clips from Church Public Affairs. Church leaders discuss issues from “Are Mormons Christian?” to “Why Do People Say Mormonism is a Cult?” Three brand new clips address political neutrality and the civic duties of Church members. I think this is a wonderful way for the Church to get out its message.
Here are the links to the three new clips:
What is the Civic Duty of Mormons?
Great news. It would be nice if some of these went viral. Now all we need is a blog by the 12 Apostles.
Wow, can you imagine an “Apostle Blog?” It might be a great way to do a “History of the Church for the 21st Century.”
I wish my employer didn’t block YouTube. Somehow I think they prefer me to be working and not watching videos. 🙂
What a great idea! Now if they just had someone that knew how to explain things well to non-Mormons…
In a talk he gave Saturday Dec 15th, 2007, at BYU Hawaii commencement, Elder Ballard encouraged members to use “New Media” (blogs videos, etc.) to converse with people to inform people about the gospel and the church.
