I don’t mind the evolution of language, but I intensely dislike the hijacking of words, “cult” among them.
Jeff Lindsay did a web site, using the dictionary definition of cult, to prove the LDS church is a “cult”, … just like every other religion is also a cult.
You can see Jeff’s brand of humor throughout the few pages of that web site.

The whole blog is worth a read. The anti-Mormons who respond to him in other places (save a few) basically scream how dare you criticize our criticisms. Great to have been introduced to the site by this post.
